I love these picture that Camille took for us at the lake in October. They turned out GREAT!

She's already 1!

So let me first say that I can't believe that I am a mom of a 1 year old. I seriously don't know what to do with myself. My baby girl is growing up.. shes a toddler now. She's walking everywhere, eating whatever we eat, drinking normal milk... ah! it's nuts. it wasnt long ago that she slept all the time, we had to carry her everywhere, make special infant cereal and baby food, and give her only formula. (well, she is still drinking formula, but only until we run out.) so I am just shocked. now i understand why people have kids soo close together because you start to realize that you dont have a BABY anymore.. you have TODDLER/CHILD. it is a world of difference. (fyi.. although i UNDERSTAND this concept, we are NOT trying to have another baby yet.. not for another year or so)

We celebrated Adaleigh's 1st birthday on Friday, November 21st! My parents, my sister (Tiffany), Alex's parents, and Alex's grandparents came over and we had tons of fun watching Adaleigh opening presents and shove her face with icing and cake! haha. Here are a few pics from the wonderful evening..

Just stopped by to say Adaleigh walks, claps, and is learning to blow kisses.... someday I will figure out how to put videos on here. She also has 12 teeth now.. we'll probably feed her steak now. haha. j/k. ;)

It's been awhile..

So, I haven't been able to find my camera battery charger.. thus being no new photos lately. Soon enough I will end up buying a new one so I can update with pictures more often.

We have been so busy lately. I am working 32 hours a week along side of Alex's 48 hours a week, plus we are both taking 2 online courses. So we are super distracted. We are still trying to make our house a home. Alex just built our new dining room table, but we still need to find some chairs and bench to match it. He also built a storage shelf for towels in our bathroom. It is so nice to have a handyman for a husband. I have plenty more projects for him to do still, but I'm giving him a little break for now. I am in the process of finishing my sewing projects. I am halfway done with all the curtains, but I still need to find fabric for the living room. And, I am going to making the cushions for the dining chairs and bench (once we buy them).
Here are some pictures of our 2 year anniversary vacation that we took in August. We stay in a beachfront hotel, with a beautiful view in Panama City. We had tons of fun and enjoyed the new outside mall, restaurants, and theater they are in the process of finishing. In the background of this first picture is our hotel. Adaleigh enjoyed having her pack n play on the beach, and so did we so we didn't have to worry about her eating sand. Haha.

These next two pictures were taking from our balcony in the hotel room. So wonderful.

Adaleigh is now crawling, and soon to be walking. She gets into everything. Still sleeps through the night. And loves to eat! She is definitely already becoming very independent, which is good and bad.

Adaleigh's 7 months!!

So were finally settling into our home. We love it. I still haven't found the charger for my camera, though. So no pictures of it yet. We only have about 5 little boxes that are unopened so if its not in there... I may have to get another one. Ahh.

So Adaleigh is 7 months now. She isn't crawling, but sooo close to it. She gets around in her walker though. She can go up and down the hall and through the doorways. She's super smart and follows us everywhere in that thing. So cute! She already has her 2 bottom teeth and is now cutting the top 4 teeth already. She is growing so fast and is 19 pounds already.
